At Neptune Wines & Liquors, we service weddings, private house parties, corporate events. etc including a full bar staff.

 

What currency do you accept?

We only accept US Dollars. 

 

Do you have a discount policy?

 

Yes! Neptune Wines & Liquors offers a single case mix and match discount of 10% on cases of regularly priced wine.

Sale wines can be included in the case/cases but they will not be further discounted. We also offer single case mix and match discount of 10% on cases of regularly priced spirits.   Discounts do not apply to Sale or Special Items.

 

What are your delivery rules? Do you ship items?

Is it safe to use my credit card at this site?

 

YES! Our site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. All transactions are securely transferred from your PC directly to our payment system which not only verifies and bills your credit card on the spot, but does not even allow us at Neptune Wines & Liquors to view your credit card information.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

 

We currently accept all major credit cards.

 

How long does it take for my credit card to be processed?

 

Normal transaction times are between 30 to 60 seconds.

 

What forms of ID do you accept?

 

For in-store pickup, we accept valid State issued ID's and/or driver’s licenses. No other form of identification will be accepted. The credit card used to make the online purchase must be presented and match the ID or drivers license for the in-store pick up.

 

 

What is your return/refund policy?

 

Neptune Wines & Liquors can only accept return of goods that are defective in quality. Refunds will be given under receipt of the product(s) to Neptune Wines & Liquors.Non defective products will not be accepted for return or refund.

When returning defective wine, kindly re-cork the bottle (no more than ¼ consumed) and bring it back to Neptune Wines & Liquors, 8006 Long Beach Blvd, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008. As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
